1. he never used the paths techniques, except for the outer path's all other path abilities are not feats from him, but from Nagato, even if the eyes themself give you the techniques he hasn't shown any use of them.

perfect and key moment of proof: when Naruto rasenga'ed Obito's face, why didn't he shinra tensei'ed or petra path'ed

2. he hasn't shown Izanami either (that he uses izanagi doesn't mean he also has izanami)

those two are just speculation.

cant use izanagi/izanami unless he plans to lose kamui forever. hence removing 3,6 all together.
