It isn't impossible we didnt see him go full power with the rinnesharingan

People seem to think Sasuke's Rinnegan is on par with Madara's Rinnegan. It is not.

1. Sasuke's Rinnegan is only Yin.

2. Sasuke received Hagoromo's Yin chakra ONLY.

3. Madara has both Yin and Yang.

Summary: Sasuke only has the ocular power, while Madara has both the ocular power and the body power.

Actually...

Sasukes is technically a rinnegan, but better described as a sharinnegan. It is definitely stronger than madaras; amenotijikara/minaka are op and he's shown "sage levels" of strength with it according to kuramabegore even mastering it.

Only thing is... He has 1 instead of 2, and when you have two eyes, the power resonates together and is stronger. But honestly, it's pretty obvious sasukes is capable of more.

ESPECIALLY considering the more impressive techniques used by madara were only used after becoming a juubi Jin, in which case, any comparison is technically unfair, since his powers are exponentially stronger with that chakra.
