in termsof raw power,yes,in a fight,gedo has chakra chains which supress chakra and it is from it's body(abdomen i think) that chakra rods,chakra receivers,and those things come from that supress or disrupt chakra,susanoo is a walking chakra samurai. However,rinnegan madara also has ps too

What if we restricted Gedo Mazo?

I honestly can't see how Perfect Susanoo stands any chance against the Kyuubi Perfect Susanoo, infinite chakra or not. I don't see PS resisting 10 Bijuudamas + Perfect Susanoo swords.
