As latest chapter shown, Madara had obtained Sage mode from his rival. With Senjutsu being Obito's weakness, Madara can summon black Zetsu from the black rod of inside Obito and take over him with Senjutsu overpowering the latter.

Rikudou's tools aren't really of much help, but still Team 1 wins this with a bunch of difficulties. They win it merely because of the Senjutsu & Rinnegan. Makes it easier for Team 1 in the second scenario.

obito should be able to speedblitz hashi before he can do anything. tobirama was supposed to be almost equal to minato in speed and he got speedblitz raped.
obito has intel on the weapons meaning they are useless unless team 1 has a yamanaka to force him to answer.

I agree. There's no amount of power ups that will put Madara and Hashirama on his level. The best bet they have is to pray the Rikudo Sennin rises from his grave and fights Obito for them :|​
