Appearantly, the Double Rinnegan would make Madara unstoppable. And this is coming from someone that was a Juubi Jin.

So, if Madara isn't the Juubi Jin, but has Double Rinnegan, would he defeat Juubito?

I say yes.

Sure we have not seen any panels for Real Double Rinnegan feats.

However, there was only one feat of the Real Double Rinnegan that was ever mentioned in the entire manga. It was this:
