Few things

1. Minato has no Blood Relation to the Senju at all. Kushina and Naruto have some senju blood. But not Minato

2. Naruto isn't a proper Senju. He just has some of their Blood.

EMS Sasuke could Beat Minato. Strangly, Sasuke is a better match for Minato than Itachi.

dude their was an itachi thread with him vs minato and atm itachi wins with high difficulty. because minato hasn't displayed alot of jutsu's 3 at most and none of them will penetrate susanoo. And he is vulnerable to tsukuyomi. Obviously madara has tsukuyomi aswell because you can only unlock susanoo when you gain amaterasu and tsukuyomi
So comparing itachi to madara madara wins. minato<itachi<madara
Also EMS sasuke would possibly be a tie with BM naruto.
So Madara last man standing could help/assist sasuke so in conclusion
Sasuke+Madara > Naruto BM + Minato

Sorry for the dual-post, but you're wrong on your assumption. We cannot assume that Madara has Tsukuyomi. He has not shown it, and just because you think it doesn't make it true. Same goes with Amaterasu. For all we know, Madara could be like Shisui, who had Koto Amatsukami. Does Madara have a ninjutsu and genjutsu associated with each of his eyes? Highly probable. Is it Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi? Unknown currently.
