Ofcorse the Rinnegan is stronger than the bijuu. It can tame the bijuu. But like the last guy and I pointed out, if this is about what's "SCARIER"? from a human perspective...would I fare better with a giant raging beast mauling me with his claws, or a guy with a purple eye who would likely just place me under genjutsu and call it a day

I'll take the purple eye for 100. At least there's an option where I won't be physically dismantled

I think any of us would be more frightened by a 15 to 20ft Fox/Lion hybrid than someone with purple eyes, most of us would just think those purple eyes are contacts anyways.

Kurama is probably around 100 feet when he's full size i think.

I'll go with the Rinnegan, but only, if we would know about the power within these eyes.

I mean, if you just see purple eyes, it wouldn't be as scary like a huge Monster with energyblasts.. but when we would know about the Rinnegan, then i'd rather face the Bijuu.
Madara, Nagato and Tobi were unstoppable without a forced plot. What about Bijuu? Any Uchiha-kid with 3 Tomoe-Sharingan could easily tame them, Rinnegan isn't even needed.

If you live in NV the bijuu would probably be more scary because the Rinnegan was mysterious and regarded as legend while Kurama was known for his violence. Post 4th great ninja war/Pain invasion the Rinnegan is proabably more feared because of Pain Obito and Madara.
