not needed....i believe So6p did not have rinnegan when he sealed the juubi.... the juubi is a primordial being...and is clearly the source of the rinnegan.... they just need an OP sealing tech and a sufficient amount of chakra to perform it...

Sharingan is also an influence of the juubi's essence.. look at the smallest ring in the juubi's eyes...

I don't think so. The Sage defeated the Juubi before getting the Rinnegan.

Obito had one Sharingan left due to the one he lost during his battle with Konan, so this prompted him to just replace it with one of Nagato's rinnegan. Really, I'm sure even you can do this math.

That, and the fact that Obito had already planned a due date for the 4th Shinobi War. If he implanted both Rinnegan, he couldn't adapt very well to both eyes, and his plans would be delayed. Furthermore, one of the keys to keep him as an invincible character was his Kamui... this technique played a crucial role in the war.
