I've never seen anything, other than the Juubi, that can even compare. Some Sharingans have OP moves, but they just don't come in a nice package like the Rinnegan. For example, even if a taijutsu user can reach Madara, he can just turn into a mechanical Asura machine, take whatever impact, and if any damage is done, just recover with Nakara path.


People say Obito's Kamui is OP, but can it level entire civilizations? It almost seems like the Rinnegan was built for the sole purpose of destroying nations. I mean come on, CT, ST, RH, and meteor attack???, all of these are essentially nukes.

RH hasn't solod anything. All it did was knock the bijuus in the face, it didn't even do much damage to them. Bee's bijuudama inflicted incomparably more damage than RH did to him, so no RH is not a bijuudama level gravity attack.
