If you can predict your opponent, logic says that you are faster than him. So, sharingan gives a speed boost.

No , with the sharingan you can read easily your opponents moves Ex: Kakashi against Gai .

Sharingan users can predict movement, other than that most of them are naturally fast.

Rinnegan doesn't make faster, otherwise nagato's legs wouldn't of been blown to bits by a simple explosive tag.

Also Rinnegan doesn't counter genjustu, it says that no where in the manga.

it does, as long as you learnt the sharingan abilities... Rinnegan gives you the ability to learn any jutsu.

And theoritically the sharingan can copy any Justu.

So you need to hold off on that statement there
