Rinnengan genjutsu can counter a rinnengan genjutsu is what Sasuke said. Nagato can't use Rinnengan genjutsu.

U can't kamui out of a genjutsu

And you are assuming Guy is allowed to go 8 gates. Sasuke warps and put Guy in a genjutsu instantly.
