Sorry but you're a bit too certain here. We have no proof that Tobi and Madara know each other besides for the fact Tobi knows much about Madara and Hashirama. And Madara's (NOT Tobi's) goals were never defined nor are they clear yet. All we are sure of is he is after revenge for those that betrayed him. We don't know whether or not Madara is going along with Tobi's Moon's Eye Plan...yet. Apparently it seems as though Tobi is somewhat afraid of Madara since Kabuto showed Madara to him. And at the moment Tobi is a liar. We can't accept a word he says. The Rinnegan could have been Nagato's. The only thing we're sure about in Tobi's relations is that he kept ties with Orochimaru, Danzo, Kisame, Zetsu, and Itachi. But as you said...hopefully Kishi will shed some light here...

Yep this and the part where madara talks with onoki and says there is no hope for peace, the world would be better in the infinite tsukuyomi so yeah that pretty much tells us the know each other.

it is really hard to believe that madara loose to hashi w/ just hashi using those woods

yes hashi had wood release but, of course that is not all he had. He was hokage and had access to many secrets of the village (jutsu) plus he created some of those secret jutsu. Plus he had close ties with uzumaki so im sure he had legitimate knowledge, skill and power to defeat madara
