It seems that only The Rinnegan could give you the ability to Sense someone and react to them even at Flying Thunder God Speed.

Example 1:
We've seen the Rinnegan's Ability to sense when someone is using a Jutsu before. It was when Nagato recognized Amaterasu before Itachi even used it, and Amaterasu is what, Instant? Nagato also might of also had the reaction time to Almighty Push it away before it got close too close to him. Nagato only got hit with Amaterasu when he was fully controlled by Kabuto and was only mindlessly attacking Itachi/Naruto/Bee without Thinking.

Example 2:
Tobirama gets Predicted and countered by an unsuspecting 1 Eye'd Rinnegan Madara and Ultimately Defeated.

Conclusion: Rinnegan gives the user Superior Sensing Abilities/Reaction Time. So much, that they can Sense a FTG user and React to them in Time.

No, Kakashi proved it against Obito and Nagato.Noone of them was able to see or predict kamui when Kakashi one shot KM Naruto clone or the Nail, they were both out of league about kamui's speed, let alone FTG.

Madara's speed and reaction come from SM and his own performance, it has nothing to do with rinnegan.

When they Teleport, with Rinnegan, you can sense their presence, and react to their attack.

That was due to nagato's sensing abilities not the rinnegan. Link me a scan where the rinnegan helps the user in regards to sensing, all it does is give the color of chakra, besides granting the user paths and etc.

I disagree, FTG's greatest strenght is also its biggest flaw. You can only teleport to and around the FTG seal, and so anyone who pays attention to where the Seal are can then predict, to a certain extent, from that point on you just have to see the attack coming, which anyone of Kage status should be able to react to.

So FTG's strengh is really just its element of surprise, without that it more or less lacking.
