Cee and Nagato have drastically different feats when it comes to being sensors. One, was able to sense the build up of Amaterasu and warn Naruto and Bee about it before it was capable of being fired off. Part of which was because of KA's activation. And also discover the exact location of Kabuto while under his control. Whereas Cee's most noteworthy feat is finding Bee when two chakra giants were disposing large amounts of chakra...?

Not to mention one way to test to see you're in a genjutsu and then break it is to simply do as another sensor and relative has.

Rinnegan loses the main ability of a normal Sharingan?
Genjutsu.
As said, Genjutsu cannot be cast on people with same eyes.

Rinnegan users can fall for Sharingan Genjutsu tricks.
Even though they can see the chakra gathering in the Sharingan, do you think they can avoid it?

Itachi used Tsuku on Kakashi.
Obito used a Genjutsu on Kakashi ( when they were in the Kamui dimension )
Itachi used Tsuku on Sasuke twice ( FG and NG ).

... The Asura Path most probably traveled down to the battlefield once the others were caught and the Genjutsu was cast. Explaining his rather fast response time when it came to confront Jiraiya and why he wasn't in the Genjutsu.

If you look at the scan closely you had posted on, you can clearly see the difference bteween Itachi's and the crows eye.

It's the crow that has the KA - not Itachi. The pressure came from activating and reacting to Shisui's Mangekyõ - the same way that Sasuke had with Obito.
