Rinnegan Differences

While the two Rinnegans of Madara and Sasuke both possess the Six Paths jutsu, there are several differences. I will list them.

• Madara's Rinnegan, transplated into Nagato, seems to have no affects on Nagato's chakra reserves besides when he used Chibaku Tensei and Rinne Tensei.
• Madara's Rinnegan's unique jutsu are Tengai Shinsei and Limbo: Border Jail.
• Sasuke's Rinnegan retains his Sharingan and Mangekyo Sharingan abilities.
• Sasuke's Rinnegan has the shifting ability.
• Overusing his Rinnegan, Sasuke will be unable to see through the eye for a few moments, his eye will bleed and be strained.

His eye bleeds due to usage of Amateratsu, something Madara does not have. Sasuke's Rinnengan is still immature and has years of development to come.

Tengai Shinsei is just Bansho Tenshin (Deva Path) amplified by Madara's Susano'o.

You can't compare a child who awoke the Rinnengan through natural causes with a child who had the Rinnengan implanted in him, no Uchiha blood coursing through his veins so he was unable to deactivate his Rinnengan.

Those are clearly Chibaku tensei meteors. His used the Deva path to pull them in.

As known already jutsu core could be the same but it differs based on the user

Sasuke's shifting ability is a technique of Kaguya's eye, as is Sasuke's genjutsu affecting multiple targets, and the way he drew in the bijuu chakra. (Which looked exactly like how Kaguya's draws chakra from ppl under MT. )Anyway that shifting jutsu is Kaguya's and even she can't spam it. It would make sense that Sasuke would have a cool down like Kaguya's.

Also, it just bleeds from Amaterasu. He still has vision
