rinnegan and sage's eyes exactly same??

Please be patient enough to read it. It may appear foolish but it's just a query of mine. Are the eyes of sage of six paths and the rinnegan of madara same?? The sage's eyes have been shown in the manga as mythical story form but no1 in the narutoverse actually has seen them....why this question arises is because the senjus are descendants of the younger son while uchihas are descendants of the older son.....it uas not been said anywhere that the eldest son formed the uchiha clan pr the youngest son formed the senju clan....the eldest son had spiral pattern eyes which when combined with physical energy of the younger son should awaken the sage eyes....but madara's rinnegan came from combining a modified version of those spiral eyes with juubi's evil chakra ie the sharingan with senju hashirama's dna.....how is it that such an indirect combination would directly lead to formation of the sage eyes? Or is it that the sage had eyes even more powerful than the rinnegan??

I believe Sage Of Six Paths had better 'passives' effects from having the strongest Rinnegan (strongest connection between human and Juubi)

But still Kishimoto would never have counted this out or have a theory about this so this point is pretty useless/meaningless.

Well the Sage was said to possess the Rinnegan so I feel as thoufh they should be; however, it is possible the Sage was aware of hidden abilities the Rinnegan possessed that the new Rinnegan users may not.

For instance it took Nagato years to learn some of the othwr abilities the Rinnegan granted! I wouldn't be surprised if the Safe had Rinnegan techs that haven't been seen. That or Maybee the Juubi's chakra added to his own caused him to have new abilities
