Rinnegan… or Juubi's eye??

Lets stop making assumptions here as though there was no other power-up for sasuke than a rinnegan. If he were to get it, for one it would be at the very end, and two; it would be self developed like madara's, as his pride and over-confidence would never accept help from a senju (dna). Still I have a feeling when he has his final battle with naruto he will only have his ems, and on his verge of death will develp his eyes into a pair of rinnegans, sort of like the madara vs hashi fight.
