Can Rinne tensei be ued without someone dying? And is all you need a Rinnegan? Because i believe that if Nagato had more chakra he could have survived and the only reason it will kill Obito is because ho doesn't have the Uzumaki life force and vitality and chakra deposits. Thoughts?

I concur...also, we have seen many times people survive some of the "life-ending" jutsu...Might Guy and Rock Lee for instance with the "8 Inner Gates" technique.
