How would this work if you exchange the eyes?
The ''cooldown'' is reset?
Can Tobi use rinne tensei now?

I hear people talking about Rinne tensei being for Rin(the girl), but how would this work?

Since Kishi has not told us anything about it in the manga I do not think anyone can say for sure. But my thoughts would be that it takes the life of the caster and exchanges it for the life you want to revive. So in essence unless someone else with the rinnegan wanted to sacrifice their life for Madara it is a one shot deal. I personally believe that is why Tobi was mad at Nagato because he did not want to sacrifice his own life to bring Madara back.

I think it was to bring real Madara back, he was afraid from edo MAdara cuz Kabuto was controling him.

I also think is a one time trick! I think that after using the Rinn Tensei the Rinnegan powers r not the same and they r more limite, this could explain why Tobi isn't using it to it's full potential
