The Rinne Sharingan's main use is Mugen Tsukuyomi which Rinnegan was seemingly immune to and only Kaguya can use the Space-Time Technique. "Top tier" characters seems capable of evading with the exception of the time Sasuke was "caught unaware" - Plot. Thus why I claim Rinnegan > Rinne Sharingan.

Fillergan aka Tenseigan gets neg diffed By Mugen Tsukuyomi.

Rinne sharingan is the best. Madara had techniques that we didn't see, not to mention Shin: Jukai Kotan. It's basically a Rinnegan + a Sharingan. It solos all other eyes.

In order to get Rinne-Sharingan there are two ways. The first one is to have both Rinnegan while being the Juubi Jinchūriki and fly close to the Moon. The second way to get it is to eat the Fruit of the Shinju.

In terms of Power it's the strongest Dojutsu.

Rinne-Sharingan>Rinnegan>=Tenseigan
