I'd guess it's similar to Sharingan -> MS -> EMS in terms of a boost, where the tiers are Rinnegan -> Tomoe Rinnegan -> Shar-Rinnegan.

It's not genetics and it's not JUST or a REGULAR Sharingan. It's the RINNEsharingan.
How can it be just a sharingan if you need two Rinnegan AND the Juubi Jinchuriki to awaken it?

Well Rinne Sharingan is a Kekei Mora. When Madara awakened it he used 2 Kekei Mora lvl jutsu. It must give a lot of chakra potency.

Just wanted to know how much it would boost Madara if he had a chance to go all out. I like Kakashi tho

Having a stronger dojutsu = increased chakra potency (ONLY in case of implants like EMS)

Transplanted dojutsus like Sharingan, Rinnegan etc do come with powerful chakra to accompany the dojutsu's power, but that is far from gaining an increase in chakra potency of the user.

In case of awakening, this is the complete opposite. Having a stronger chakra grants a stronger dojutsu.
