"Rin was a spy" is the new "who is Tobi"

Do people not read how many other threads were made about this already? or does everyone think There theory of Rin being a spy is different? either way it's headache inducing.

please can any one tell me why kakashi never uses his mangekyou sharingan in part one even while fighting itachi,he could have counterd itachi's tsukiyomi assumin he did.but he didnt,as it was shown in the manga naruto was probably not even birth to when the incident with rin happened and the mangekyou sharingan awoke at that very spot of the murder,so why did kishi has to go that angle, why.it just makes every thing about kakashi and the legend of the mangekyou sharingan a deviation.
