Uchiha.Looks: Rin has long, spiky shoulder-length black hair with a blue tint. Rin does not keep it tied in a ponytail. He also wears the standard Uchiha clan's outfit: a high collared black shirt with the clan's crest on his upper back and blue pants with bandages at the ends, though Rin tends to leave the collar of his shirt open. On his waist, he has a bandage belt that holds a sack that holds his ninja tools.
Over time, Rin had let his hair grow even longer, to nearly waist-length. He also wore the village's forehead protector. Upon boredom, he wears the head protector on his right arm. Many say he has a striking resemblance to his ancestor Madara Uchiha.
Personality: Rin has a very unique personality. many think it leads to peaceful situations other than violence. Rin loves to fight, proving that he is the best is what he does, but when it has nothing to do with him, and there is a great chance of death he will avoid the situation, or do what he can to stop it. Which is found weird by many that he is basically a hypocrite.

Like many Uchiha, Rin has a fire affinity. But this is no ordinary affinity, it's also a passion for Rin. His fire techniques are off the chart with intensity and power. He has great understanding and perception over fire jutsu. It was also his first element, and his first mastered.

Rin has become highly proficient in the practices of both taijutsu and kenjutsu, aptly demonstrated when he effortlessly disarmed a shinobi of his sword and grabbing it, cut a swath through a considerable portion of a large group of ninja by just using his mastery in this area alone. His sword style is reminiscent of a graceful dance, displaying both elegance and dexterity even while holding the blade with a reverse grip, and when combined with the prediction abilities of his Sharingan, it is almost impossible to hit him through normal means. With just a single roundhouse kick, he was able to repel several shinobi, further attesting to his strength.
Sharingan 3 Tomoe
Rin managed to master his Sharingan by a young age, a feat that he received significant praise for. Using it, he could instantly place a victim under a paralysing genjutsu with just a single glance, leading those who had faced him to advise others to not look directly at his eyes, whilst confronting him. Like Itachi Uchiha, he seems to have reached a stage where he could have his Sharingan activated for extended periods of time, with minimal drain on his chakra levels.

A Gunbai (軍配; Literally meaning "army arrangement") or gunbai uchiwa (軍配団扇; Literally meaning "army arrangement fan") is a non-folding fan, usually made of wood. Rin Uchiha has been seen wielding a large gunbai, about 3/4 of his height and about his width, with the pole being twice that length. It had a chain attached to the handle that is connected to his kama. (Strapped to his back crossing Katana)

A kama is a Japanese sickle used as a weapon. It has a short handle and a pointed beak with a sharp cutting edge that inflicts damage. There is also a variation of the kama, a kusarigama, which has a chain attached to it for increasing its attack range. (On Gunbai's Chain).

Background Info.
History: Rin was born a secret, his parents gave him to a close friend Shiro after birth. They did not want him to have the dangerous ninja life. Since his birth was a secret he was not killed in the Uchiha massacre, but was later informed about his true self afterward. Rin is a very gifted Uchiha. Even by his clan's standards, Rin's chakra is unusually strong. He grew up constantly competing and training with others.
Over the years, Rin had constantly fought with other shinobi and villagers. This helped his powers grow. He passed the Chuunin exams with flying colors, he did so well he came out a Jonin. Amazed, he started to gain respect around the village. Rin has won countless battles against his enemy's, seeing allot of death in those eyes of his. He almost never lost a battle, only to those way over his league.
Rin trained harder than most in one section at a time, allowing him to master skills faster. And with the help of his sharingan it was much easier to precept a technique. He loved fire techniques. He had specific training sessions with fire jutsu. Eventually forming his own jutsu. He gained 3 tomoe sharingan by the age of 14, and he quickly mastered it.
He is now feared as one of the strongest ninja in Konoha.
