Rin flashbacks replaced

I never said flashbacks.....I said fapbacks.....

I've never seen a fapback in my life, what does it mean?

I'm sure we'll have Madara flashbacks, but from his perspective. We've seen him as an old man from Obito's perspective, and as a boy/young man from Hashirama's. Those gave us a lot of insight into how Madara became what he is today, but I'm sure Kishi has a twist that he's waiting to convey through the eyes of the man himself.

Perhaps we'll learn how Hashirama died, or how the Whirlpool country was destroyed. We might learn how/why Madara selected Nagato, or exactly how much of the situation with Obito/Rin was orchestrated by Madara. We'll learn exactly how Madara survived/escaped at the VotE (my bet is he copied Muu's splitting technique).

Any way you look at it, we've gotten flashbacks from virtually every villain in the entire series, and the flashbacks have gotten increasingly detailed/lengthy over time. Madara will hardly be an exception. However, I would guess that he's less likely to be TnJ'd than perhaps any character so far.

he only had a flashback of like 10-30 seconds with oonoki, therefore, no flashback of hashi from madara :|:|

Do not underestimate Kishimoto's abilty to incorporate flashbacks, no matter the situation or character.
