Since it was revealed that Rin was the Jinchuuriki of Isobu, does that mean bios can be made with Rin as a Jinchuriki?

Maybe, although I wouldn't think so. As she was a Jinchuuriki for like less than a day. I'd think they'd atleast have to hve obtained partial control for them to be considered a Jinchuuriki, like calling upon the 1-tail cloak.

No. Rin bios don't have access nor will they have access to the 3 tails. Only Yagura bios qualify as 3 tails jinchuriki's.
