-sigh-, dude listen. Read the manga within its context. Not everything is simply "he was a bad guy = hang penalty".. Obito was a guy with his dreams, who was led astray by Madara. Obito was more kinder than minato/kakashi/rin..

In this manga, "tobi" or the "masked-man" =/= Obito. Obito is the guy whose dream was to become Hokage.. hence why he was shown as the little kid.... and not as the adult obito. Because that is when "obito" died..

No in the manga that was what is known as a "mask". The real Obito is the one who had dreamt of being Hokage.. the one who gave up his life for his "bestfriend" twice. The one who protected Naruto's life..


Hopefully people know Obito was still gonna be punished if he had returned to the village =x. See unlike our real life hardcore criminals.. Obito chose the path of redemption..

Youre sooo right! :') some people are unable to understand ths plot and are complaining because of theyre incompetency...

This scene was perfect and finished obito as IMO the best written chatacter in naruto :')

I'll admit that I teared up when Obito finally died. After everything that he did, had to endure all of the disgusting acts he had committed. He had tried his best to redeem himself for everything by helping the new generation defeat the final villain, he basically turned himself into a shield to protect the newest generation. After all of that, he was surprised that Rin had forgiven Obito and accepted him.
