Rikudou's Kinjutsu?

Anybody explain me what this jutsu is? Apparently, in the latest chapter, Hashirama has caught Madara using Rikudou's Kinjutsu... though I don't really understand what it does nor did I see anything happen after seeing Madara use it.

Oh, and can Obito equal Rikudou Sennin's power by being the Juubi's Jinchuuriki even without Gyuuki & Kurama? Can we expect the next chapter to see Rikudou Sennin's face? Like, he placed a jutsu that he'd return when Juubi would be sealed once again?

rikudou had all that before becoming a jinchuuriki so, i doubt obito will be as strong
