that Rikudou was borned with Kaguya [ his mom ] chakra and in real his mom chakra was
derived from Jubbi
Therefore ->Jubbi -> Kaguya -> Rikudou

Heh, so Kaguya actually ate a part of Juubi / God Tree. That still doesn't mean that she had the power to defeat the Juubi which transformed from the God Tree, but her son, Rikudou Sennin (Hagoromo) could thus, Hagomoro > Kaguya.
