Sennin = Sage
Title says Rikudou Sennin = Sage of Six Paths
by definition any Rikudou Sennin should be able to use Rikudou Sage Mode ( Six Path Sage Mode )
Only four people throughout the manga can use and have used Rikudou Sage Mode ( Hagoromo, Madara, Obito and Naruto)
Sasuke possesses Rikudou chakra so he can use Rikudou attacks but he can't use Rikudou Sennin Modo ( Rikudou Sage Mode) hence he is not a Rikudou Sennin ( Rikudou Sage ).

Oh, so Rikudo Sennin means Sage of Six paths? Thought they were two different titles for him.

Madara never been called as Rikudou Sennin Madara but only Rikudou Madara.

Six Path Madara as he obtained power of Six Path through Juubi.

If that was a symbol of power, Kaguya should be called as Rikudou Sennin Kaguya

Ain't that some sh*t.. I put hago over madara because of one manga fact.. Creation of all things.

I'd say Naruto had Madara on the ropes after slicing him in half and forcing Madara to upon some advice from Suckuya absorbing the tree.
