He is completely featless - all the Rikudou Sennin has is hype. We know that Nagato says his Chibaku Tensei pale in comparision to the Rikudou Sennin but how does Nagato know this? We know tha Kabuto says nobody can compare to the Rikudou Sennin but how does he know? All we know is he sealed the Juubi and made a Chibaku Tensei in his death bed without Juubi and used he COTA to create the Bjuu. How do we know he just have some OP sealing technique to defeat the Juubi. Creating hte Chikabku Tensei in his death bed and using COTA to create the Bjuu? He could just have had enormous chakra reserves and known a couple of OP techniques - this doesn't mean he is the strongest shinobi ever. I mean look a Karin - huge chakra reserves, good healing techs but is she considered super strong? No, but then why is he considered Top 1. Please enlighten me if I am wrong but tbh, I wouldn't be too suprised if Naruto > Rikudou Sennin right now -.-
EDIT: Since people aren't understanding what I say I will say this again. I am not saying he isn't the strongest ninja, but until we see legitmate evidence and proof through the use of manga scans etc. from people who were there (what Kurama says is still a bit sketchy) and not all just myth then we can't consider him first. He could be first but shouldn't be considered first until proven of his power.
