If Sasuke can use the Juubi's chakra inside of Madara like he did with the Bijuus, and also get a boost by the latter's senjutsu then he should be stronger than his VOTE2 version. Obito can wait inside his Susanoo and kill Naruto when the latter is exhausted.

That would depend on JJ Madara using Limbo to switch with another Madara considering the situation. I do not really see Sasuke removing Bijuu chakra from someone who has it inside of them, considering only Naruto's Super Bijuu Rasenshuriken has the feats to remove Bijuu chakra from a Jin like Kaguya. Outside of Outer path though, but I do not think that would really matter considering both Madara/Sasuke are Rinnegan users at that point.

Madara can extract the Juubi i think, wouldn't make much sense if he couldn't. He knows Sasuke is the strongest if they work together, plus this is a VS battle where they aren't IC, doubt Madara cares about dying and Obito can revive him later.

True but considering that Rinnegan Sasuke/JJ Madara are the only one's who can canonically battle against RSM Naruto at full power at this point, I doubt he is going to allow them to extract the Juubi. Quickly anyway. JJ Obito would be a non-factor considering RSM Naruto is about two tiers above (or three?). I do not really see JJ Madara causing trouble for RSM Naruto speed wise, but I can definitely see it becoming extremely difficult with Sasuke using Amen. Especially if he uses a setup or works together with Madara to setup. I doubt the strike will actually hurt him considering he tanked Kaguya's chakra arms for a moment, which broke down a PS, and a Chidori. But that would give them roughly enough time to work their extracting magic.

Though I excluded the clones he could possibly make to even out the match, BM clones too. Honestly it is a really difficult for me to say who will win considering the different possibilities that can ensue on both sides when they are unrestricted.

Kaguya fight Naruto (who wasn't low on chakra like at vote) mid diffs even bijuu chakra powered Sasuke with kage bunshin and rasenshuriken spam. Sasuke without access to bijuu chakra is barely even a factor in this fight. But in the end Madara beats Naruto so i vive the victory to the team.
