Naruto is taking out Moon Busters without using his Sage of Six paths powers. Adding in 3 other guys who are on par with RM Naruto is over kill. Hagoromo solos with IT.

Personally I believe when One piece is finished they will have surpassed Naruto by then considering there's still 10 years left for One Piece.
