I know this is stating the obvious, but why not? This is intended to start a flame war or anything of the sort, but however the fanboys take it... well, that's their prerogative. Let's get started, shall we?
This is merely glossing over the surface, but this more than covers how Naruto is directly superior to Sasuke. He's faster, amazing reflexes, stronger, has greater versatility with his sensing and healing capabilities, can create an army of OVERWHELMING clones with a snap, just about every kekkei genkai and chakra nature there is, the ability to give Gudo Dama to a clone and trick Sasuke combined with Naruto's unpredictable, out-of-the-box, witty fighting style... Rikudou Naruto is comfortably stronger than Current Sasuke. They are PORTRAYED as equals... but Yin Seal Sakura was portrayed to be equal to BM Naruto and EMS Sasuke. Doesn't count for that much, honestly.

Sasuke's S/T
With the recent de-hyping of Sasuke's S/T jutsu, I don't really feel the need to go into grand detail about how Naruto counters this.
A mere clone of Naruto was able to evade and dodge Kaguya's Ash-Bone S/T jutsu with mere reflexes [
The cornucopia of clones he created was able to dodge Kaguya's barrage of Chakra Fists with ease, then they proceeded to fight on par with her, eventually forcing her to retreat to another dimension [
And this is the same Kaguya that decimated Sasuke's attack speed with a
Furthermore, it has a limited range as noted by Madara and a cooldown. If Sasuke were to open up with this attack, Naruto would easily dodge and Sasuke would be wrecked with no means of escape.

] when she instantly used the attack. Kaguya used this attack, only using her arm instead of a bone, to BFR Sasuke without him having any time to react or defend himself, despite seeing her put her arm in the black portal [

I see some Sasuke fanboys say shit like, "He already saw the attack!", which is nonsensical, as you can see by the "!!" that Naruto was already aware of the portal and was evading it of his accord. ]. Naruto took off and Sasuke teleported, yet they arrived and struck that chakra mass at the exact same time in the second to last panel. His speed is too great (as just shown), his reflexes too fast (as noted by Black Zetsu and proven by Naruto dodging what Sasuke can't), and his sensing too strong (fighting Limbo clones he cannot see) for Sasuke to get any use out of his S/T jutsu against Naruto.Furthermore, it has a limited range as noted by Madara and a cooldown. Susano'O and Amaterasu
Sasuke's Susano'O is a non-factor in this fight. With a mere raising of his hand, Naruto can hurl a Bijuu Dama Rasen-Shuriken and obliterate it. The explosion radius is far too great for Sasuke to escape or teleport out of. Naruto had to actually, consciously throw them around Sasuke as to not blow him out of the sky.
Amaterasu was easily evaded by V2 Ay... Naruto will have exactly 0 trouble avoiding that technique. But, if Naruto did allow it to hit him just for funsies, he could easily strip off his chakra cloak and reactivate it, making it like Amaterasu never happened. What's more, Naruto could simply negate it with a Gudo Dama shield and render it to nothing.

, we note that the TBBFRS had already soared past Sasuke, reached the targets, and exterminated them completely, still with enough time for Naruto to say, "Don't come down all of a sudden! The Rasen-Shuriken will hit you!" before Sasuke touched down, the volumes of explosion still visible behind Sasuke. In addition to Naruto being faster and stronger, his CQC abilities are far superior. Upon Sasuke teleporting to Naruto, my boy could simply counter with Kairiki Musou, which leveled the Muki Tensei environment and tagged Kaguya, sending her reeling into a cliff and destroying it [
CQC is a literal death-sentence for Sasuke in this bout.

There's no escaping for that Sasuke, unless he tries to teleport away and hide (ASSUMING it's not already on cooldown), which Naruto WILL find him as Naruto could sense Sasuke in another DIMENSION. As prior stated, Naruto could use his Gudo Dama to slap Sasuke around, his other Bijuu powers, create a clone army that Kaguya couldn't compete with and seal him with Shukakau, his options are so numerous it's sickening. CQC is a literal death-sentence for Sasuke in this bout.
Chidori
Neutralized with a Gudo Dama or countered with a Rasen-Shuriken, be it Wind, Lava, Jinton, etc.

Even Sasuke himself acknowledges that Naruto is at the least on par with him, which is a HUGE step for Sasuke. He's been slightly jealous of Naruto ever since the Kage Summit Rasengan-Chidori clash when he admitted to needing his full power to try and crush Naruto. Then his reactions with seeing Naruto in BM cement further showed, with his recent remarks (asking Naruto to cooperate, taking orders from Naruto, etc), even Sasuke himself sees Naruto is a powerhouse.
