They can't beat him. It would be impossible to beat Madara. That is why Black zetsu exist. It would be a slap in the face for two kids to beat somebody with nearly the most battle experience in the history.

Ash bone would wreck, actually that would pretty broken for sasuke. Naruto would probably get rotation and gentle fist, but that seems outclassed by sage mode and RS. I guess Naruto's taijutsu would be better and more refined but doesn't seem as good as kimi bone ability. Either way they neg madara then.
