I will be stepping on a lot of toes with this thread, but hear me out. I'm gonna post this in a fact format, easier reading and. understanding.
- Ashura despite being the son of Hagoromo, didn't have the power which Indra inherited. Which forced him to cooperate with others to fight Indra.
From this, it's positive that Ashura was the first to establish a clan. Now Uzumaki Clan is a clan renowned for their Sealing Techniques and Long Lives. Ashura depended on teamwork, something which Uchiha had to depend on after forgetting the power of Mangekyou.
- Sealing Techniques, an jutsu passed down from Hagoromo to Ashura, ultimately to aid him in bringing peace to the world and defeating Indra. Namely the Trigram Seal is the seal that bonds the user and Bijuu as one.
This is why Naruto's Chakra Mode and Ashura's resemble each other, unlike other Jinchuuriki and their respective Bijuu's.
- Transmigration, why did Ashura choose Uzumaki and Senju instead of Uchiha? It's because it's HIS lineage. If Uzumaki were from Hagoromo, this would mean Indra could pass down his Curse of Hatred to Uzumaki.
Which would make Uzumaki and Senju enemies, but they aren't.
- Hagoromo's hair has a maroon color to it. Being the father of Uzumaki (Red) and Uchiha (Black) it would make sense his hair color bring maroon.

- Just to make it clear, Bijuu's could be controlled by both clans, via Sealing Jutsu or Sharingan.
But Uzumaki had the upper hand since the Trigram Seal for some reason made the Bijuu and User incredibly powerful, seeing how Kurama and Naruto easier over powered the other Bijuu's.
Again, it encourage teamwork.
