The difference is basically, one has the Chakra of Rikudou while the other has that Chakra and is fused with Senjutsu Chakra as well. In regards to your question; that is totally dependent on how much of that Chakra one possess.

No, they utilize both.

Upon receiving the opposite power, it will be more than the current one they have.

But everyone receives the same portion of hand outs, no one had a juubi's worth more of senjustu than the next guy.

Naruto is adept at using kagebunshin, his skillset experience would go nicely with rinnegan six path techniques. Combined with his RSM(Universal Knowledge) and kagebunshin training method, he'd master the rinnegan far faster and better than anyone ever could. :bdpf:
