Na, he was selling ramen in konoha, and 1 day one customer didnt pay from he's dinner and angry ramen guy chased him many days,hours,minutes,seconds and suddenly customer didnt move and the ramen guy kicked he's ass and was going to leave bk to konoha, then he saw giantic creature with 10-tails with weirdo cyclop rinnesharingan eye middle of hes face/body w.e it is.. but the ramen dude was still angry and whooped 10-tails ass aswell.. and became it's jinchuriki.. well.. the ramen guy only said " whipii, more hand..tails to help me cook more ramen faster" and still.. you can see the 10-tailed jinchuriki the ramen guy doing what he's doing best...RAMEN.. the end.! :O TRUTH IS OUT THERE !

He had to have be powerful look at everyone trying to gain his powers. He was the descendant of Uchiha, Uzumaki and Senju all 3 are the strongest clans in history and each have ties to tailed beast. The SO6P also is the father of the tailed beast.

Also he had access to special items and he should be able to use MS jutsus and rinnegan jutsu and like what Madara did combine the 2 to create God like jutsu.
