That doesn't make sense. The So6P doesn't know everything. He's been dead for generations now. He doesn't know about any of the things Sasuke was asking about: What is a village? What is a clan? What are shinobi? Who am I? these are the questions Sasuke asked, and the So6P wouldn't know ANY OF THEM.

The villages were created after the sage died, long after his children and his children's children formed clans (Senju and Uchiha) and fought.

The Uchiha clan come from his descendents, who he didn't know any but his first two sons. Their sons and later generations were not known by the Sage.

Shinobi in the basic way were created by the sage, but the sage certainly doesn't know any of the modern shinobi of the ways in which they are organized and how they dedicate their lives.

And Sasuke was born much later. The sage definitely doesn't know anything about Sasuke.

HOWEVER, there is one person who does know these things: Orochimaru.

Orochimaru knows much about the hidden leaf village. He was trained by the third hokage. He was a member of Root and an assistant to Danzo. Later when he became a missing-nin and was plotting to destroy the leaf village, he was still working with Danzo on medical experimentation. Orochimaru also was the kazekage for a brief time and started his own village.

Orochimaru knows much about clans. He's collected specimines of interesting clans with special kekkei genkai and special abilities over time and studied them. He's also coveted the Uchiha, and learned about the secrets of the sharingan eyes.

Orochimaru's extensive research program, in addition to his travelling the world to master all the jutsu in the world have probably have taught him more about shinobi than anybody else alive.

Orochimaru would know much about Sasuke, because he's been studing Sasuke since he was a child. Orochimaru either has participated in, or plausibly could have participated in, every major life event that has effected Sasuke: The Uchiha massacre, the genin exams and the invasion of konoha, the majority of his training for the 3-year time skip, the battle with Itachi and Akatsuki.

As far as Sasuke is concerned, the person who knows everything important is Orochimaru. Re-read the chapter. That's who he's talking about. That's why he says it when he reads Orochimaru's scroll, why the manga shows Anko's cursed seal.

he started all of it, he started the shinobi world, the clan system, the hidden villages, it's not like the died the second he invented ninjutsu, he couldve been around 30 years old when he invented it for good to say, he could've seen the whole world change...

rikudo sennin knows what a shinobi is, what a village is, what a clan is, because he started the whole thing, and it's not like rikudo sennin died the moment he invented ninjutsu, he saw the whole world change and even fought the juubi and so forth.

I think the so6p will make a spiritual appearance like minato and kushina did. That way we can know how powereful he was and his knowdlge without him interfering with the current power balance in the series.

As for who this mystery person who knows everything, i dont know. All i do know is it isnt orocihmaru.

i think sasuke is having an identity crisis thats why he is questioning what is a village, what is a clan, what is a shinobi. his life revolved around itachi who as a shinobi put his village first before his clan. with itachi's memory, i think sasuke is questioning what kind of a person he is. he asked this before he was found by suigetsu and jugo right?

second, i think the people meant by sasuke are:

bastard- orochimaru
him- could be madara or tobi

i dont think so6p is going to appear. we have naruto for that. it was already assumed by the majory that he was the re-incarnation of the sage. what i think is he will appear spiritually through the tailed beasts. he knew that some1 will come who will be able to unite them all. i think he gave a lil of his chakra to the tailed beasts just like minato did to the seal. remember, when naruto hanged out with the jinks and the beasts, when he came back, he said the beasts taught him a bunch of things not only their names. and when he unites them all, physically, i think the sage will come out in naruto's psyche to congratulate naruto and tell him more things.

Sasuke meeting with the Rikudou Sennin, hmm… would that not cause some conflict with some of the implications directed to Naruto? I mean I think it may be in the author’s best interest to leave the Sage as the mythical legendary figure he is. If he does do this would it not seem that he winged the development of story a bit too fast? I’m not knocking down your theory, but I am asking why you, would the author take this path, especially when he has hinted Naruto may become the next Rikudou Sennin. Another thing bugs me, how exactly would the Sage know of everything as of the current story; he was considered a god by the people in his time I guess. If the Sage is a god then maybe he is actually pulling a Jesus and can still see the world to this very day, in that sense then it does make some sense. Maybe I am just overthinking this a bit, but it seems it would just be too much of a predictable move from this author.

I personally think that Sasuke is planning to see Madara.

Sasuke didn't really have a game plan until Jugo said Madara was still around.
Then,
Sasuke saw the scroll and anko's curse mark.
Suigetsu claims the scroll can somehow provide Taka with enough power (dunno how) to become a top rank group.
But Sasuke seems to have other plans. I think it's whatever "power" suigetsu is refering to that Sasuke is going to try to gain.

In my mind Sasuke wants something from Orochimaru before sasuke goes to see Tobi or Madara.

But we just gotta wait to see what Kishi throws our way

this could also be possible instead of rikudo sennin coming back he might just slap sasuke a few times against his brains and maybe he'll go normal again

The pannel where Sasuke says that he's going to meet the one who knows everything, is surrounded to either side by Tobi and Madara. Is this a coincidence? Did Kishi just feel like putting them there for no reason? No. Kishi is trying to tell us two posibilities for who the person is. It would make no sense to just add those panels there randomly. Kishi added them for a purpose-to tell the reader who the person might be. Kishi impresses me once more by using some of the unique features of a manga/comic to make a subtle point in a way that wouldn't be possible in other mediums.

I doubt So6P will return except in flash backs as for Madara. This is Naruto's story, so he could become strong enough to defeat Madara or use TNJ. Or he will just use the 10 tails.
