I bet if this were juubidara with no restrictions against the duo, everyone would say he loses. But anyways. Sasuke still has his other susnoo that can deal with gai, but that's not cutting it with juubito there.

sasuke losses badly, even with ps. juubito has onmyoudon, and he uses it the best out of the three who have used it, so far at least. juubito can have 4 bijuu dama go off while he hides in gudou dama sphere. sasuke's, even if he had ps can't tank that. i been trying to say, sasuke's upgrade is kind of lacking, it has too many drawbacks and not enough abilities.

Nothing is, when someone says that someone is stronger then that person, they use > this. By the way, its Lord of Akatsuki, don't use so many capitals. Just write nominally. Also first word should always be a capital hence. What. A title should also always be a capital.
(Note, I'm not meaning to sound rude or anything, just giving you a grammar tip. No hard feelings right?)

madara is supposed to be better but jiubi obito is far better by feats
jiubo obito gudomas balls explode to be bigger than jiubi when it hits something while madara’s acts like a heavy iron ball when it hits something

Holy cow, Lord spams that > button a lot. Madara's definitely superior to Juubito, even with only one eye,
but it's not a "unholy god stomp". Juubito would definitely put up some trouble, although Madara wouldn't get pushed
over mid-diff with one eye. But, that still doesn't mean Juubito is weak. While Naruto and Sasuke are on the same tier,
Naruto can negate all ninjutsu. Sasuke can't. He has his PS to tank super powerful attacks though. But with that restricted,
juubito solos by making his shield, summoning a barrier, and juubi dama Sasuke into pieces. Sasuke can't kill him either,
because he can't fly without PS, and his swap definitely doesn't reach 500 meters into the air. Plus, Gai can just constantly
chase after Sasuke. If Sasuke doesn't have his sword, he can't tp anything into Gai, so he can tp to him, but still has to
use his attack speed, which is far inferior to Gai's.
