This may be a dumb question and you guys have probably already discussed this in a thousand threads, but people on facebook are trying to argue to me that Naruto and Sasuke did not lose their six paths powers and still have them in adult hood. Even though I'm pretty sure they lost the six paths power can you guys break it down for me?

They definitely still have them. They didn't borrow it, they inherited it just like how Ashura. It's strange though how Ashura got all of it to himself but still didn't unlock doujutsu. I know it's plot b/c eyes vs body but still..
Hagoromo gave Naruto and Sasuke the Six Paths Power of Light and Six Paths Power of Shadow respectively.
Those are the seals made up of his Six Paths Sage chakra and what Naruto himself states were the halves of his power.

How stupid are you? You have a serious lack of understanding. Hagoromo's chakra isn't something that can run out. The sun and moon seals were purely for the sake of sealing Kaguya. They didn't give any other powers. Six paths chakra mode is an ability that was GIVEN to Naruto PERMANENTLY. It isn't a finite power, it's just an addition to Naruto's arsenal. His sage mode was upgraded to where it can use the power of the six paths. His body was designated as a meeting ground for the tailed beats, so he can use their powers without them having to be sealed. None of these powers were ever temporary. Hagoromo's power is part of their own reserves. Saying they need to "draw upon the seal" is just wrong and stupid. Sasuke's rinnegan and Naruto's six paths chakra mode had absolutely nothing to do with the sun and moon seals. THEY'RE SEALS. They've become one with Hagoromo's chakra. That's been proven, and saying otherwise is just delusional
