So do you think the SO6P's Rinnegan had a different color? I don't think so, in fact, I'm sure the red Rinnegan had some kind of unknown purpose but it's wasn't representing the real color of it. Between, it wouldn't be the first time they make a mistake with the Rinnegan...

I'm aware of that in Nagato's case, but what's the point of fking things up with the Sage eyes as well? I just don't see the point, the people that make the anime version should verify important aspect like that. Like I said, maybe Obito was just trying to give an evil look or something but it wasn't really representing the real color of it yet Kishi is a pro when it comes to adding even more useless questions for the fans.
