What if I had been serious? Would people still be offended if I actually believed that Kishi was utilizing not just Shintoism and Buddhism, but also Christianity and other world religions as a basis for his inspiration?
If I were fully capable of backing up my claim, then people would merely disagree or agree with me (mostly disagree) and then go about their business without being offended.
Unfortunately, when making light of someone's (even my own) beliefs, it seems that it doesn't take much to get people riled up.
If I do end up banned for this thread being considered offensive, spam, and/or trolling, then I guess I would understand.
Nevertheless, I don't mean to make a mockery of anything other than perhaps the insane amount of symbolism and parallels that Kishimoto utilizes.
I shall repeat again that I apologize if this does indeed offend anyone... I'm kinda regretting this thread now...
