I hate to make the fans of him sad but lets face it

He is the only ninja in the series that is strong do to power ups

every other ninja may have special abilities or power ups but they atleast have some skill.

Kamui, his most used jutsu, is not a powerup.

Agreed, just look were it ended up kakashi with just one eye

Obito could still do long and short range kumai with one eye though
