Descripton: Traps the victim in a pit of tar which then swallows the opponent whole (can be used to trap summoning monsters).
Trapping you in a pit of tar. Three things happen because of this: you're trapped (obviously), the tornado picks up a bunch of the tar, making an elemental combination, and finally, since the tar is still technically liquid, at least some of the electricty would be in it, making it a triple elemental combo (since the tornado picks up the tar which is electrified). The last part is only if lightning is surrounding your body like lightning armor or chidori nagashi. If it is not, disregard the last one, but the two other things still go through.

This causes temporary paralysis and makes the enemies movements slow from the electrical currents retracting the muscles.

description:the user creates an extremely powerful electrical storm which contains millions of high voltage lightning bolts that don't have a particularly strong "punch" to them unlike jutsu like kirin, but these lightning bolts go into the opponents bodies and begins overloading their nerve system's, instantly killing them if they remain in the storm for 3 turns. anybody who is in it can only use 2 jutsu a turn.
Note: this effects EVERYONE who is in the storm including the user
the user can only use this once a battle.
You Are the only one effected by this due to the fact I have the Lightning Armor Surrounding Me so the bolts simply fuse with the Lighning Cloak.

Description: Lightning that covers the user and spun around there body till its shape like
a dragon of wind and lightning which doesnt need to hit the opponent directly to cause
damage. If it misses a bolt can leap from it and strike the opponent on the users order.
Which jumps to the water as soon as it appears allowing the clone to finish more quickly. Take note of this one thing: it would be able to continue towards you:
1. Your lightning is obviously weaker than mine. Yours was simply a small portion of an A rank lightning jutsu, and the lightning that surrounds your body isn't even the real effect of the jutsu. Mine, however, was a full lightning jutsu of A rank. And even while you have the thunder emporer thing, it is slowly running out and it says nowhere that you're COMPELTELY immune to lightning, it simply says that you suffer less damage, which means that you still suffer damage.
2. The winds would cancel each other out but A rank water still beats A rank fire.

Given this, it is a weakened (pretty greatly weakened but still) elemental combination. This would at LEAST slow you down, if not, completely stop you. When he's done with the lightning which, as I said, happens quickly. My clone, after he does the lightning (which I said was quicker than usually) finish with:

I jump slightly before I do this, allowing me to shoot at an angle that allows me to hit you and push us into the air (as for the "us" part, I'm grabbing my clone's hand with my free one). Also, these jutsu stop you from going through with the final lightning jutsu.

Note: Only useable 5 times per battle and must wait for 2 turns to use again.
This is A Wave Of Chakra That Disperses the Tornado Because of Its Sheer power and due to your tornado being extremely underpowered now due to the coolision of our two jutsus it should be enough to to take it out with out having to combine more elements
This Wave countinues through and as you are barreling through the sky i Use
and I Countinue On with My Mindstorm Tech.

This means that we go back to the ground very, very quickly. When we get to the ground, I use:

Descripton: User Inserts him/her self in the ground and is able to move freely underground. This jutsu also allows the user to avoid the opponent's attacks.
As we touch the ground I sink under, remember that my clone was the one who used the wind, so I'd have more than enough time to prepare for and use this. Also, since the lightning apparently isn't very strong, it's not like it would smash or burrow into the earth. My clone, as the lightning starts to come back down, uses:

Description: Twin black spiraling blizzards shape like dragons.
One blizzard goes directly towards you, while the other goes to the nearby lake and smashes into the middle, freezing it. I believe that ice does not conduct electricity, so I come back from underground, into the ice, being an ice user, I can survive this. And I simply do it the same way as underground fish projection. Also, you obviously wouldn't see this, and from the ice I can see the storm as it starts to go away and not risk being hurt by it.

I then punch through your clone and I hit you sending you barreling towards the river, my speed keeps me close at hand and i catch you by the hips. with

this happens backwards instead of the way it was with sasuke. so i flip over your limp body and Elbow drop ontop of you. causing your body to be imprinted into the ground.

The already collected lightning then collects into one bolt of lightning that strikes you through the chest killing you.
