Cool. Also, as a Special Jounin, I'm only allowed to use C rank jutsu.
Also, what's with the clone rule? I don't quite understand it.
Now for my move:
I first use:
To make two clones. (I'm pretty sure that's all we're allowed at one time.)
Then, my clones split to the left and right, while I use:
And one of the clones uses this at the same time:
We scramble randomly in the mist, so you can't see any of the three of us, and we all know where your at.
(Health: 750 Chakra: 700-15-10-30=645)
Also, what's with the clone rule? I don't quite understand it.

(Katon:Hibashiri)-Fire Style:Racing Fire
Type:Attack

Descripton: Fire that can circle around the opponent on the ground or be a fire ring in the air for a combo with a wind element.
The fire moves around where you and your clones originally were (you used the clones before the mist) and you couldn't have possibly moved very far at all from that time (it is raining but the rain wouldn't put the fire out right away) and once I see the three of you I use:
(Katon:Housenka No Jutsu)-Fire Style
hoenix Flower Jutsu • Type:Attack
• Range:Short-Mid
• Chakra cost:15
• Damage Points:30
• Descripton: Small Muliti-Fire balls that spread out and converge on the opponent.This jutsu can have shuriken hidden in it for added damage.
With hidden shuriken inside so that even if the water did put the fire out right away (which I don't think it would) you still have to block the shuriken and I finish with:
Fuuton: Kami Kaze (Wind Style: Divine Wind)

Description: Creates for pillars of rotating wind that can be used with fire to make fire
tornado.
Making the pillars move around swirling up the mist inside of them and then once it has taken in enough mist for me to re-establish your location they all attack you and your clones (if they haven't already died from the shuriken). Note that the tornados have water inside of them due to the rain so it would be like four mini hurricanes.
And I'm not quite sure what the clone rule is either.

Instead of sending it snaking at you I simply slowly turn using the vortex of wind to blow away the majority of the mist, any other mist that is there won't be able to bother me. Once I can see you guys I use:

As for the shadow clones, before you make them, and after you make the divine wind, all three of us throw explosive kunai at you, keeping you from attacking.
