*I focus my water chakra around me concentrating on the down hill pour of a stream. I then attempt to make the water flow up but to no avail.*

*To raise a few pillars of earth at the bottom of the stream down hill to make the water go up on it like its another hill. I then focus my chakra on the water going up and concentrate on the water to make the stream go upwards.*

I want you to do it using only your water chakra. Defeats the purpose of exersises if your using something different.
Focus your chakra through the river first, and then slowly push your chakra against the current. As you keep pushing your chakra against the current, gradually do so more and more quickly.
*I focus my water chakra and concentrate on the stream going down hill. I gather enough chakra and force the water to stop. Then I slowly make the water start going uphill making it go like that for a long time. After inserting enough chakra to stop the flow and then reverse it I let go and let the water rush back downhill in it's natural flow.*
