This is a 2 part post on with a clan idea and one with a charecter idea
Ningyō Clan
Village: hidden sand
Kekkei genkai: swift realse, puppet technique
Additional details: the clan can use swift realse along with an extreme technique that allows them to control chakra strings from anywhere on their body allowing them to preform Justus while stil controlling as many puppets as the want. They also have the ability to sense air pressure changes allowing them to see 360 degreaser around and see with their eyes closed. Their chakra levels and physical attributes are similar to those of the uchiha clan.
Name: Riku Ningyō
Chakra nature: wind and lightning
Summon: preymantis
Age:16-18
The characters name is Riku Ningyō. He posses the ablities of the Ningyō clan to an extreme state. His air pressure sensing can sense up to 10 km and at the slightest movement. His swift release is so fast that at full power not even the sharingan can track it. He trained/ spied on sasori for the hidden sand. At one point when sasori was talking to orochimaru (who was his partner at the time) that in a few years he could beat him if his puppets didnt suck. During this time sasori took a liking to him and decided that once he died he would give his entire puppet collection to him. His two main puppets are the third kazekage and a puppet called dissolve ( a puppet made entirely out of acid allowing him to shapeshift, become invisible, clone himself, and is indestructible because any thig that touches him melts. He himself has the Sword of Kusanagi which he found after sasukes and itachis fight. He is a mantis sage and is very skilled at it. Summing a small mantis to be on his wrist and amplify his attacks.
