Ice is made of water and wind, and is solid and can be used in different ways, like to defend, to attack and even make it snow, the user could also maybe turn into ice. Ice has different abilities and is very strong. But fire is its ultimate weakness and can melt it because of its power, like the sun melting ice creams.
Not bad, remember that ice is also useful for quick and attacks that flow together. It's basically the same as water, as in loose attacks, but solid.

Chakra Cost:40 (if the dome is short range then 40, mid range is 50, and long range is 60 because you'd have to make it bigger using more chakra)

Description:The user makes a dome around the opponent and puts his/her hand on the outer part of it. Afterwards the user will run his/her ice chakra into the dome releasing 0 degree air throughout the dome. Once this happens whoever is inside the dome will automatically freeze.
Note: Can only be used 2 times per battle
Note: Can only use 1 other jutsu the turn that this is used due to having to make the dome and then fill it with ice chakra.

I've weakened the jutsu by a lot, so the air shouldn't be too cold, but I'll allow the jutsu to become stronger and stronger with every millisecond that goes by. Just holler if the cold gets unbearable.
No focusing on warmth. You can only focus on the cold, focus on adapting to ice. Focusing on ice and warmth is like looking left and right at the same time. Simply adapt using the ice chakra within you.

Try to make the ice on the frozen lake rise up into a pillar that's about... as tall as you.

More chakra, rise your arms up as you do it to control the chakra. Unlike earth, though, you should rise your arms up slowly and smoothly, not quickly and harshly.
