Yeah, the Rikudo Sage could definitely know Kage Bushin. However, like an old shirt at the back of the closet, I doubt he would use it very often [if at all].

I see no other thing that it could be, it definitely is a scroll. & since kishi doesnt just draw coincidences its safe to assume that its the sealing scroll.

Yes, considering Kage Bunshin requires a tremendous amount of Chakra to utilize (It was forbidden because normal Shinobis would die using it) it seems Kage Bunshin was tailored for an Uzumaki user with high Chakra reserves, hinting that the original owner of the Scroll of Sealing was an Uzumaki himself. Rikūdo Sennin.

wow true yeah thats one way to look at it it. Though we have seen many other non uzumaki shinobi's use it as well(like kakashi for example). Even Ebisu was able to use it. For some reason this jutsu wasn't really treated like a hidden forbidden technique it was more of a highly advanced technique that everyone knew about. I still think the fact that it was even listed on the book is because it was one of rikudo's personal favourites. Heck it could have been the very first technique he mastered.

Yes, I seem to have made a slight error, it's not Kage Bunshin that's written in the scroll, but the Kinjutsu Tajū Kage Bunshin/Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu, Kakashi is able to use it but the most he can produce is 2-3 shadow clones (it depletes his chakra easily) but Naruto is able to spam it to incalculable levels.

This technique is essentially a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a few clones, it creates a few hundred clones (or a number of equal grandeur). This is considered a kinjutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user. Naruto learned the technique from the scroll of forbidden seals.
Few people are able to use this technique effectively, due to the large amount of chakra it consumes. However, this weakness is not an issue to Naruto, due to his massive chakra reserves. Having such reserves allows him to create hundreds of clones while maintaining a decent supply of chakra in each one. This technique is also used by Naruto to train quickly, since all the clones share their experiences with Naruto, but it causes extreme fatigue with repeated use.

thats right there's a difference between shadow clone jutsu and multi shadow clone. Also Kakashi used it way earlier in the series against Gato's men when kishi had plenty of room to make errors. I am with ya multi shadow clone is most likely an uzumaki compatible jutsu or more like a jutsu for jinchuuricki. And it does imply rikudo was an uzumaki.
