What if the body we see of Franky's . "Super Armoured Me" is just what it sounds like? As in , what if the real franky is inside the "big franky" we see after Time-skip?? It would definitely support the idea of how he always go on about pervert/romance.

When it was said that "The man that Roger is waiting for", it was speculated by many that Roger never actually died but staged his death and is now at Raftel waiting.​

Now based on the above I merely suggested that Roger might have left some part of his "spirit" or voice behind. What does this mean? It means that those with the ability to hear "The Voices of the World" would be able to hear Rogers voice once they reach Raftel. Since Luffy can do just that, he will most likely hear the last inspirational words from Roger in form of an echo from times past.
